Borgo Pio Charme

The apartment was absolutely wonderful. Its location is unbeatable—very close to everything, including the Vatican, and within walking distance of all the main sights. The space itself is stylish, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which made our stay especially comfortable. It had everything we needed, and more. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Rome.

Borgo Pio Charme is in a good location with restaurants and lots of food to eat and stores for shopping. Being near Vatican City helped and we were able to walk all around the area and enjoy the sites. The apartment is spacious and clean and we enjoyed our stay at Borgo Pio Charme and will stay at Borgo again on future trips to Rome. I will recommend the apartment to family and friends. Our hosts was very friendly and we were pleased with her and would like to thank her! Our stay in Rome was great and we enjoyed Rome very much.

Our flight to Rome arrived at 8:00 a.m. and I had made a request to Borgo Pio Charme that we need to store our luggage before 11:00 am. I was told that we cannot store our luggage until 11 a.m., so when we arrived at the apartment's location around 10:15 a.m., we had to push our luggage to an eatery to sit and wait. There was no clear instruction that once we arrive on how to contact the host, or that we need to press the call button to Borgo Pio Charme and someone will let us in. Through our own initiative, we were able to contact the host and she was able to let us in the apartment to store our luggage. Instruction could be clearer about luggage storage and how to contact our host once we arrived.

The property was very clean and at a wonderful location.

Nothing. We loved all of it.

Everything except access

There is a very small lift but you have to go up 2 1/2flights of stairs to access it!!!!!! Shower in ensuite too small with no shelf to put toiletries. We all had to use main shower but access woeful. No where in apartment to hang towels!
