Jubilee Penthouse by Nosdom Properties

Lokalizacja była świetna. Bardzo blisko Watykanu, zamku św. Anioła i ok. 1,5 - 2 km do Fontanny di Trevi i pobliskich zabytków. Najdalej do Koloseum, ale wciąż w zasięgu spaceru. Bliskość Tybru i Watykanu pozwalała na spędzanie wieczoru w Bazylice, bez tłumów czy oglądania zachodu słońca znad rzeki. Pod apartamentem jest kawiarnia, gdzie można posiedzieć na kawie, oczekując na taksówkę na lotnisko. Po drugiej stronie ulicy Carrefour Express i przechowalnia bagażu. Gospodarze są dostępni i odpowiadają chętnie na wszystkie pytania i są bardzo pomocni. Super opcja móc zostawić bagaż przed zakwaterowaniem w apartamencie, w trakcie jego sprzątania przez ekipę.

Ekspres do kawy nie działał, brakowało oliwy do gotowania.

The property was in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk from the Castel St Angelo and 10 minutes walk from St Peter’s. There are 2 grocery stores very close by as well as convenient bus stops. It was clean, classically decorated, with a beautiful, cool, wooden floor and air conditioning. It also had a lift, which we definitely appreciated with our luggage, as the apartment is on the 5th floor. The staff were very helpful, with prompt replies to messages and swift to address any issues.

I think the only comment would be that the kitchen seems more outdated than the rest of the flat, but all the necessary equipment was there, as well as a generous supply of coffee!

This property had a lot of space. The rooms were well-proportioned and the beds were comfortable. The sitting room was large with ample seating and dining space.

The bathroom and kitchen were run down. The ignitor did not work on the cook top and the shower was quite small. The amenities were sparse. The elevator was also small. The property requires some renovation.

Location was fabulous. Two bedrooms, fold out couch accommodated us.

Air conditioning was broken. Couldn’t sleep at all first night due to it being so hot. Maintenance never came. We figured out there was a second air conditioning system which we used but it leaked. We put two pans under the ceiling leaks to catch the water.
