Disgusting Treatment
Property cancelled on the day and didnt even contact me, I was only told because I messaged them about early check in. Leaving me with nowhere to go and had to pay for another place, I had to pay £335 for 2 bookings leaving me with very little money. Absolutely disgusting. However Booking.com have been great resolving the problem and a refund.

Don’t even bother this has to be the filthiest place to stay in.
It was a horrible, clean, smelly, unfriendly and very unhygienic experience. This is the worst place I’ve been to and I will never be returning again.
It stank, bins were full, stains on the bed, rooms had a very foul stench. The bathroom was horrid and the toilets and walls in each room had stains and horrible marks everywhere. Horrible place!

Depressing and way overpriced

Everything, it is not a hotel at all, a converted office space. Dark and unwelcoming. The other people there were not friendly, not sure if they were staff or lived there. Shouldn’t be advertised as a hotel and very over priced for the facilities, no window, no tv and no quilt cover on the duvet even. Access instructions also not clear as it isn’t actually a hotel but named the tower of salvation on posters outside. Awful place!
