The fact I drove 250 miles to be there for early access and paid extra for that. They then 1 hour later after trying to contact them I got a message to say it was no longer available and had been double booked which meant I had to drive back home same day as no accommodation available in Oldham and surrounding area because of 2 big matches on in Manchester. Not happy I want a full refund and I suggest you get them off your site. Anything like this happens again I will never use your company ever again

Do not recommend couldn’t even get in property!! And host not contactable
We were turned away on arrival stating they do not rent rooms. Tried multiple times to contact the host but could not with the number provided so had to find alternative accommodation. Booking won’t refund as property say they cancelled our booking and property lied and said they would sort it but have not dealt with it or contacted me just kept my money.

It was looking dirty, and it smelled like smoke, there was a vape on the floor. The room wasn’t as advertised. We had to leave room and find somewhere else to go stay.

The host was friendly
The bed was not comfortable, and there was no bedside lamp, which meant turning on/off the light on the far side of the room. The walls had tape all around them and the TV sat on the table leaning against the wall. There was also nowhere to hang your clothes or coat.
