It was filthy, there was screws sticking out of the woodwork, also ithad squashed spiders on the wall, poo stains on the bed, empty alcohol bottles left behind with gas lids scattered , also had to clean the toilet before it could be used and also get toilet roll before it could be used ….. then got locked out and nobody would let us in until the next day to collect our belongings

Tissues in the toilet to use......I liked the location as i had easy access to town centre and shops etc. But that was it. No breakfast- No kitchen The bed was weak, like dead, you could fall to the ground Toilet upstairs was leaking to the bedroom downstairs in our room. directly on the bed. you can tell this is an ongoing issues because there were water stains on the roof shower controls were playing up, its either too hot or too cold. you can never find the balance.

Toilet was extremely dirty. Someone probably peed on the floor, it was ridiculous! I mean the smell was bad. No security, other tenant were going back and off throughout the night. Especially if your room is downstairs, best know you'll be awake all night from other people movements and deliveries coming through.

Horrible place

I booked this place on the day to stay here after booking through booking.com the hotel send me a message for ID check sent everything over they didn't reply back with no key code I was at the property for an hour waiting for an response but nothing and tbh seeing the people going in and out was happy not staying there full of druggies going in and out of the place.

Poor of everything.

I did not gain access to the property The key safe was faulty so cannot get the room key. I have to relocate to a family friend's house.. I didn't see anyone in the property that could have helped me. The passage and corridor was full of cigarette stench and very dirty and not hygienic. Am requesting for a full refund and compensation for the inconvenience caused. I suffered a very bad experience with this accommodation.

The property is very untidy. No contact number to call incase of emergency. No customer service. It was a very bad experience I suffered under the bad weather at the main entrance. No house number on the property. I have been using booking.com for some time now. The past accommodations were good but yesterday was a total disappointment.

2 nights stay for oasis concert

Where do I start I don't usually do reviews but hopefully the owners may take note and maybe do something to improve the place I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights great value but obviously got what I paid for or less I'd say start with my room the wardrobe door was off and tucked down the side stains on the walls and bedding then the other room for my daughter and mate as you walked in the door there was a hole in the floor covered with the carpet but still not exactly safe on top of her wardrobe was a condom and screwed up tissue which we didn't investigate also stained bedding so then to the shared bathroom which didn't lock properly so lots of singing and whistling while using this facility well after purchasing our own toilet roll as there was non in both bathrooms then there was the fire alarm beeping low battery then Friday night went ok slept in the stained bed as I'm not a fussy person really got in Saturday night turned on the light and no light so just thought the bulb has gone so went to sleep to wake up to no electricity so no charge in the phone no cuppa and fridge not on other than that all was ok got a parking space on the next street

We booked two rooms. The rooms were dirty, window wouldn't lock in one room, condom in other room. Milk out of date, no remote in one room and other remote would not work. Toilets - no toilet roll, absolutely filthy with snot on walls, empty rolls and mold. Dirty wrappers on the floor. Front door was not locked. Felt very unsafe and very uneasy leaving anything in the rooms. Did not sleep properly due to lack of security. Horrible accommodation and a terrible experience.

ridiculously slipshod. I gave a '1' rating but 0 would have been appropriate as there was no stay.

I was give no code to get a key for my room but was told it would be ok if I arrived 7.00-8.00 pm which did. Front door was open and spoke to some inmates who said the 'landlord guy' wasn't there. I returned at 9.00pm but same thing. So I need a refund.

The kebab shop round the corner was great

The shower was broken. House smelt. No towels. People kept slamming the front door. The room was right next to the main road so it was noisy. Damp around the window. The milk for a cup of coffee was off and no spoon to stir it. The TV was damaged. The only thing that was ok was that the bed was clean.

It was the worst and dirtiest place I have ever been. I could not stay, I had to look for another place. The place was not safe and not hygienic. The bed was smelly and dirty, the ward broken with single door and stained with dried blood. The main was opened any one can get in at any time. You do not need to get key to gent into the room because the was broken into before. So I had to go and look for somewhere else to stay.

Absolutely filthy, hired 2 rooms (2&3) both rooms was so dirty, bedding hadn’t been changed and had stains on, the windowsill’s in both rooms was covered in muck and dust, the carpets hadn’t been hoovered, heaters didn’t work and rooms were cold. Let’s not talk about how dirty the fridges were! The people staying in room 4 kept everyone up all night, the noise stopped at 5.50am they was smoking weed and talking about how much sniff they had on them, there was at least 6 people in a room that should of occupied 2 people. Rang and spoke to Zara who runs the hotel (if that’s what you can call it) more like a hostel. Zara said she didn’t know what had happened and I asked if the cleaner could be called to come and clean both rooms she said “no” offered a refund if we wanted to leave, but trying to find local accommodation was proving too difficult, we was attending a family function. In my opinion this hotel shouldn’t be on booking.com it’s really bad for business. Parking was none existent very tight street with cars double parked.

The shower was rubbish. The water was coming either too hot or too cold. No control. We couldn't have a bath. Regretted staying there. Heater was too hot. No control. People were knocking on our window at about 2am asking us to come open the entrance door for them.

Absolutely nothing. Don’t book.

After waiting over an hour outside the property and the host not replying back to emails or any of the contact numbers we was left to book another place. I honestly do not recommend this place to my worst enemy. I also asked for a check in at 22:00 to 23:00 which was accepted by the host. however, didn’t receive a single reply from the host all the way up until midnight. Leaving me stranded outside the property with no way to enter for over 2 hour. After all this I decided to just move on to a hotel nearby as there was 0 communication from the host. Now I’m left with £50 that I paid for this property and never received what I paid for. I’m typing this the next day and host has still not had the audacity to even reply back to the text messages I left them last night. An apology would be ideal I guess.

The client cancelled my reservation and kept insisting that the policy of booking the room is for 30 years and above, I am 25. My stay was uncomfortable, my health and safety was at risk and I couldn’t even recommend it for anyone.

The bedsheets was smelling, room untidy and full of insects. Also the heating was not even on at this winter period, very uncomfortable and we couldn’t even sleep well. I regretted my decision to booked it, also the bathroom was very dirty and shower wasn’t flowing well. The room 1 was very dirty, thank goodness we have extra bedsheets with us and we managed to sleep altogether in room 1. As of room 4 that was full of insects we couldn’t not even stay 1 seconds there.

Leaving the property was cool

The room was filthy. Had chewing gum stuck to the walls above my bed. Every wall was filthy. I woke up at 6am with everyone using one of the two shared toilets.

The place was very filthy and the owners very rude and unprofessional.

The other bedroom had a wet bed which we could use. There was a snail in the room because of the damp, the bathroom was filthy we couldn’t even have a bath we had to leave and go somewhere else for the duration of our stay. When I asked for my refund they accused us of stealing their bed linen trying to defend themselves. The least they can do is be humble and apologies but instead very rude. I wouldn’t even want an animal to leave in that filthy place later alone humans. They must be banned from bookings.
