Loved everything about it. Incredibly spacious, beautifully decorated and location was absolutely perfect. Staff were also super kind and helpful as well, can’t really ask for much more!

Only complaint I would have is that the floors in the communal and passage areas are very spongy and creaky which left me with a bit of anxiety that I would go through the floor or wake up all the other guests. Floor in the room was fine, was just in the communal areas like the kitchen, bathroom, hallways and stairs

Everything, if you actually find the place it’s a miracle almost impossible to find walking round an almost derelict building in an extremely deprived area - not what you want to be doing to find it’s up a fire escape hidden in a back alley. Place is not secure who had someone with the code to my room just burst in - wasn’t sure if I was being robbed or mugged. Had to check out immediately and no response - beware and avoid

The room was clean and spacious. There was room for me to park outside the entrance in the five spaces provided. We did sleep fairly well.

The electrics were literally quite shocking, it really wouldn't have took much in my opinion, to secure them and make them safe. I banged my head on one of the lights as it hung down just above the bed. The plug socket by the bed by the window was very loose. As it is a shared house with several rooms and a shared bathroom, I believe some people live there, I would suggest leaving some toilet roll in the room as there is obviously not any in the bathroom. Not everyone would think about bringing loo roll with them. Luckily my friend did. The pillows were quite thin, standard two on the double and one on the single. Having the cupboard in there stocked up with some extra pillows, along with the toilet rolls would be very useful. I suggest in the advert for this room, you include a picture of the outside leading up to the property. It is not made clear from the advert exactly where it is, it is actually around the back of where Google Maps takes you. Perhaps putting a sign on the door with help? Although it is by a fire escape, so you have to climb roughly 20 or so steep metal steps to get to the apartment door (I apologise, I did not take a photo of this and I really wish I had) Communication was not very prompt and when I said there was an obvious issue on the technical side with booking a late check out, this was dismissed several times and the link for the late check out sent twice, until a week later, they decided I was right and there was an issue (we did not have one in the end because of this). It stated £11 for a late check out, which was 2 hours longer, then told me it was actually £25. When initially checking in, we took our stuff in and as soon as we got to the steps, it smelt of weed. Inside the smell was much stronger, it got to the back of my throat. I assume this is why the downstairs kitchen window was always open. It wasn't as bad later on that night when we got back.

This the worse experience I would not want anyone to be in. The place has nothing to do with the picture on the advert. It is so scaring. On top of stairs with drunkers apparently leaving under the stairs

I honestly beleive this is a scammer and should. No one to respond to calls when you are distressed. Was unable to access the place despite million calls. THIS IS A PURE SCAMMER, PLEASE REMOVE ON BOOKING.COM

Very cozy, nice bed, 2 kitchens and a fridge in our room, was amazing! Would definitely book again

TV was missing although everything else was okay, was one time where cleaner accidentally opened our room while we were in but that’s okay it’s a small misunderstanding.
