It's cheap, clean, basic and comfy. The smell of smoke and drinkg lowered my score
The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. On site parking. Had option for food but we didn't eat there. Tea and coffee in room.
We walked in, men drinking in the entrance, smell of smoke. It was okay for a nights stay but I didn't feel very safe. My daughter said she saw people smoking inside the entrance way.

Got our room double booked so we had to walk in on few teenagers n felt very embarrassed n stupid n annoyed that was our room but staff don’t know what each other doing Also they need new beading n better heating Also not really appealing to walk in with a child to the smell of weed or be awaken to knocking n no double glazed windows so heard everything

I was very disappointed overall and it gave the impression of being used as a refugee hotel.
bath taps were dirty the shower was old and very poor flow. The skirting was coming away from the wall in the bathroom The sink was cracked. The table in bedroom was chipped Apparently it is being refurbished bit by bit. Shame that I got the wrong 'bit'.
