Bon emplacement proche de la plupart des lieux d'intérêt Parking privé (indispensable dans ce quartier) Spacieux Bien équipé
Très bruyant, les fenêtres côté nord donnent sur une rue très passante et en montée, les bus et les scooters font un bruit énorme. Quand le soir la circulation se calme c'est le bar juste en face et sa terrasse qui prennent le relais jusqu'à tard dans la nuit. Quant aux autres fenêtres elles sont au soleil couchant et les persiennes sont toutes cassées donc impossible de se protéger de la chaleur. Il y a bien des ventilateurs mais rapidement ils deviennent inefficaces. Lit pas terrible
