It’s nicely designed and clean and the neighborhood is a real neighborhood. Lots of little shops and restaurants and services. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen and a full dining table.
It’s a “duplex” in that it’s on two levels, but the upper level with the “bedroom” has about a 5 foot ceiling with beams and it’s very easy to keep banging your head on them. This was a real pain, literally. Also, the only windows are on the upper level and they look onto the neighbor’s terraces, from which there is no separation. And the apartment’s footprint is very small.
