Très bon emplacement, logement fonctionnel et propre, bien équipé. Entrée et communication avec le propriétaire très facile.

Emplacement très central quasi sur le vieux port. Restos, bars, départ des bateaux et Métro à proximité. Linge de maison en quantité. Réactivité de l'hôte sur les Pb. Salle d'eau bien.
Appartement 1 chambre : en fait c'est un studio, la chambre n'est pas séparée de la cuisine. 2 fenêtres donnent sur une cour mais c'est un puits central (un peu grand quand même) les carreaux sont en verre dépoli en même temps ça ne peut être autrement vu que ça donne sur le 'puits' : il ne faut pas être claustrophobe. 1-2 voisins doivent travailler dans une boîte de nuit car un peu de bruit dans les escaliers vers 3/4h du mat'.
