The apartment is spacious, well-located, and everything is modern.
Unfortunately, the floor wasn't clean enough, and when we get out of the shower, dust sticks to your feet. We were also disappointed with Booking. They list a single price in bold black font, and then a tax in small gray font at the bottom, which is higher than the rent. In our case, the price was listed as €62, and below that, in small font, was an additional €77 in tax. We also paid an additional €7 in city tax.
Not so cozy apartments like for us.

Great location and accesibility. I booked for my friends coming from rome and milan and all was quick and easy access. Would love to book again if i have guests coming here in brescia.
Just three minute things, i went back to check my friends and to my surprise they told me that basic toiletries are missing like tissue/napkins and shampoo and body was. So i had to get back to my place and bring them.
But all the experiendce was good okay. And if we had noticed it earlier i could have reported it to the owner and he could have aolved it right away. By the way the owner or the property manager was really helpful and accomodating. :)

la pulizia dell'alloggio completamente nuovo, arredamente minimal, ma funzionale, talmente nuovo, che alcune cose erano inutilizzate, apprezzato il funzionamento facile del condizionatore, POSIZIONE PERFETTA per muoversi in città!, e visitarla a piedi a pochissimi minuti dal centro e in zona tranquilla ma piena di locali e ristoranti, apprezzato netflix e non solo, nella tv in camera da letto, divano comodo, bagno piuttosto fornito del necessario..doccia grande!
a mio avviso mancano alcune cose in cucina funzionale ma un pò spoglia, personalmente consiglio una macchina del caffè, anche a cialde, a me e alla mia compagna è mancato molto, (ma siamo caffeionomani) uno specchio intero in camera da letto, bottiglie d'acqua come benvenuto, magari sale pepe, olio, e alcune spezie..
la doccia è grande ma sarebbe meglio renderla chiusa, altrimenti l'acqua tende ad uscire, una pedana in bagno, scala d'ingresso un po ripida e stretta con le valigie,
