Basic accommodation but great location for weekend break
Great location for our requirements Spot on for weekend visit Warm, clean and tidy
Basic decor, evidently a property that has been patched up to be rented out. Needs some attention to detail. Back garden in a state of disrepair, not an issue for us as winter stay but wouldn’t be good for a summer stay Polyester duvet, pillows and poor quality bedding and towels No fresh coffee making facilities such as a cafetière

A cosy Christmas
Lovely property in a quiet location but still within a 10 minute walk of the centre of Bakewell. Very clean. Lovely bed linen and super comfy bed. Lovely host who phoned and checked in with us on our arrival and ensured we were happy.
A little lacking in cooking equipment ie baking trays and grill pan.

Wonderful views from the front across the Peak District, shortish walk into Bakewell which is a must see, beds very comfortable, definitely would consider this for a next visit, lovely friendly next door neighbour.

We really enjoyed our restful and refreshing four days in 15 Carlton View.
Good size and layout, well decorated, clean, good location, quiet, comfortable beds, easy parking, useful food items provided.
Front door deadlock keys are unreliable, instructions required for recycling, bathroom pull cord wanders and kitchen corner unit shelves are separating.
