Kitchen was amazing, literally everything you need, inc glasses, crockery and everything to cook with. Hot tub and sauna were great. Price was fantastic compared to anything else locally and dog friendly this time of year.

The cottage was delightful, beautifully decorated, lots of room and well equipped. We really enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings and the cinema room. A lovely scenic walk along the river to the town centre. First time in Bakewell and we loved it.

A charming cottage with spacious living areas and a very well-equipped kitchen. The location was brilliant, on the edge of Bakewell with shops on the doorstep. The garden with hot tub, sauna and fire pit was special. The sofa bed is in a lounge area but was much more bedroom-like than we’d anticipated. Great walking suggestions from the host.
Only one shower was limiting but we knew that when booking.

We absolutely loved our stay. The cottage was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The hot tub and sauna was a lovely addition, and the location was perfect for exploring Bakewell and the Peak District. Having an Aldi literally opposite the cottage was so convenient and made picking up food and drinks really easy. It was peaceful, well-equipped, and felt like a real home away from home.
