Spacious, kitchen well equipped and well maintained

We couldn’t use the outdoor space because it wasn’t clean

- The check-in and check-out instructions were very detailed and clear. - The apartment is excellently furnished with all kinds of household appliances and a highly functional kitchen setup. - Unlike many hosts who only leave a couple of dishwasher tablets, this host left a full pack, along with tea, coffee, coffee machine capsules for two days, and plenty of shower supplies. - When we realized there was no large frying pan for the induction stove, the owner solved the issue very fast and brought one to us on the exact same day. - The overall cleanliness of the apartment was good upon arrival.

- The bed is quite squeaky, so every movement is accompanied by noise. - Classic hard-to-reach spots, like under the bed and on complex surfaces, were a bit dirty. - There was a shortage of hand soap, and no cleaning cloths were provided to wipe the kitchen table. - Communication through the booking platform was not perfect, as we often received no response there and had to use WhatsApp to get quick replies. It is always better and safer to keep communication within the official booking chat, so we would really prefer if the host did it this way next time.

Мое пребывание 09072026-15072026. Квартира очень понравилась, очень комфортная и чистая. В квартире есть все необходимые для проживания! Фото полностью соответствует квартире. Расположение очень близко до центра, супермаркет рядом, автовокзал Флоренс тоже рядом, 10 минут пешком. Рекомендую!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Location is great. Highly recommended.
