Cute botanical flat near by Žižkov tower

Lokalizacja w porządku, miejsce bardzo dobrze skomunikowane z centrum miasta. Świetne lokale azjatyckie w okolicy, nawet tuż przy wejściu do budynku. Widać, że lokal przygotowany do najmu z pomysłem i ciepłem, bardzo uroczy. Zapewniona pralka z proszkiem umożliwiła upranie brudnych rzeczy, co przy prawie tygodniowym pobycie było dużym udogodnieniem.

Umiejscowienie klucza do mieszkania na następnej ulicy zapewniło element escape room'u, na który jednak nie musieliśmy mieć ochoty przy meldowaniu. Uchwyt od prysznica nie działał, tak samo jak zatyczka w wannie. Patelnia i garnek bardzo zużyte. Szuflady z kuchni są zablokowane przy zamkniętych drzwiach do przedpokoju. Łóżko niestabilne, wypadały z niego deski. Pod łóżkiem bardzo dużo kurzu, tak samo jak na dekoracjach. Poduszki do spania bardzo zużyte. Określenie "botanical apartament" przesadzone, to miejsce to umieralnia roślin. Z oferty nie wynika, że jest położone w piwnicy/parterze.

Die kleine Wohnung ist süß eingerichtet und auf den ersten Blick schön. Der Blick auf den kleinen Garten war schön, man könnte kochen, Herd und Microwelle sowie Kühlschrank vorhanden. Küchenwäsche und 2kleine Handtücher waren auch da. Es hat nicht gestunken, wie bei vorigen Bewertungen, da war ich doch ganz froh.

Leider war die Wohnung nicht sauber, das Bett war kaputt, der Lattenrost hing unten heraus und die Matratze ist für 2 Personen nicht geeignet. Das Sofa war auch nicht sehr bequem, leider. Wir waren nur 2Nächte und für den Preis war es für uns okay, im Hotel hätten wir viel mehr zahlen müssen.

The bed was a little bit broken, I've fixed that, but I would suggest buying a new used one.

It was close to the tram.

Unfortunately most comments were right about the place being dirty. The fridge was dirty, freezer door was literally being held by a bandaid. Shower at first was leaking, had to contact property owner and he told us to tighten the valves. However, bathtub was not usable as it couldn’t be filled with water since even if you close the drain, water still somehow kept draining. We told this to the owner when we told him about the valves but he mentioned nothing about the drainage or how to fix it. So if you like a nice bath after a long day out, this wont be possible. We also found open packets of cereal in the cupboards and certain stuff left from other visitors before us. When we first sat on the bed, we thought it was going to break. The mattress wasn’t the worst, but the bed frame definitely needs changing. We did not have an option for a fan or AC, so this will be a problem later on in summer. There is a washing machine, however it was too dirty. When I opened it the smell of mould made me sick, and the amount of dirt on the washing machine door was horrible! I tried washing my white socks and they literally came out brown. It was disgusting. There also isn’t a drying rack to dry your clothes on. What really upset us was the communication with the property owner. We had asked if we could request a later check out time, he said it was possible to check out at 1pm instead of 10am at a cost, however we needed to submit the request instead of messaging him. When we went to submit the request, it kept telling us to talk to property owner directly as that was the procedure. When we told owner what the app was telling us, he didn’t bother replying, then replied on the day of the checkout telling us to leave keys on table, ignoring to help us. This did upset us as our flight was at 5pm and we ended up spending 7 hours at the airport, when we would have been okay to pay something extra and check out at 1pm instead.
