No-contact key retrieval from a box, easy. Elevator, so no need to carry suitcases up the old stairs. The apartment was big, had a kitchen, comfy bed, close to a concert place.

There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the whole house, probably bathroom pipe problem. A bit far from the city center (30min walk).

Location, cleanliness

The biggest problem was the bathroom. The water pressure on the top floor is terrible. Taking a shower was annoying, and in some situations it was difficult to even get my hair properly wet. If someone else is using water at the same time, the pressure becomes even worse, and you basically have to wait for it to come back. They replaced the shower head after we complained, but that obviously does not solve the real issue. The second big problem is the noise insulation. Noise from the neighbouring apartments can be heard as if it is coming from inside your own apartment. Because of this, we were kept awake at night and woken up early in the morning by different neighbours. Overall, the apartment looks nice in photos, but these issues made the stay disappointing. The basics should work much better than this.
