The apartment looks really nice, the beds and all other furniture are fresh. Overall things are very good.
Some things could have been more thoroughly cleaned upon our arrival. Most of the dishes were completely unwashed. Furthermore some of the equipment needed to comfortably cook for 5 people were not present. There were no replacement garbage bags, washer machine tablets etc. The fridge was also quite small and the largest shelf was broken.

Spick and span. Accessible and easy to navigate for a first time visitor.
Laundry area- there was no dryer. Needed to look for one.

It was lovely. It looked really pretty and was actually quite big.
The kitchen was so filthy it was actually disgusting. Also £250 fee???
