Great location with convenient transportation to every corner of the city. Beautiful and very well maintained building! There is a reception, the people are very polite. There is also a sauna in the building, which you can use after prior request, a great solution for cold days!

The apartment has everything you need to feel at home!
I would gladly stay in this apartment again.
You have to be quick in the shower... the hot water runs out quickly... it warms up again quickly, but it's still a bit inconvenient

El Departamento está muy bien ubicado, es un lugar cómodo, bien decorado.
Se valora la disposición del anfitrión para solucionar los problemas.
NO sale agua cliente en las duchas!!!. Nos dijeron que era problema de calderas, de horarios, cañerías, etc.. pero definitivamente no salió agua caliente.
- Hubo problemas con el aseo de las sábanas, las que tuvieron que ir a cambiar y dejaron un regalo como compensación…
- Pese a la calefacción, el departamento estaba frio y tuvieron que llevar un calefactor.
