I’m truly very satisfied with the professionalism and comfort provided throughout our stay. I honestly have nothing negative to say everything was excellent. I’d also like to give a special shout out to the housekeeping staff. Even when there is a language barrier, they are always willing to help and go out of their way to assist with a friendly attitude. That level of kindness and willingness to help is not something you come across very often, and it really makes a difference. Definitely a 10 out of 10 for the entire team! We’ll be back soon. Thank you for making our stay such a pleasant experience!

No outdoor furniture for terrace and no TV

5 min walking access to buss or tram. The heat was good for such a cold weather.

First of all, 2 towels for 3 days its not enough, and paying 25eur for extra set is too much. The room was missing a closet for clothes, so every time we had to leave clothes in chairs, also the windows can have more privacy than that, the people walking outside could easily see inside if lights were on, we also had such case. And for the last one, I feel like what I booked through these images was not what I got, its not the same thing.
