Clean, the host answers quickly, pretty good location, elevator helps a lot, nice big bathroom and amenities.
Gets a bit warm on warmer days since there is no AC only fans.

+ Spacious, modern, and clean apartment.
+ Excellent location for tram, metro, and Florence Bus Station (great for trips outside of Prague).
+ Clear and timely arrival instructions from the host.
+ Netflix.
+ Considerate gestures, like free coffee capsules, and sanitary products for women (in case you are caught short on your trip).
+ Great value for money.
- No air conditioning, although the host has provided a couple of fans, which is better than nothing. Otherwise, it would be unbearable at night. Or sleep with windows open / mosquito attacks!
- The sleeping area is co-located with the dining / living area / kitchen. Wasn’t a problem for us, but could be if a family needs privacy.
- The hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to get going. Made me panic that we had no hot water on the first night, but you just have to be very patient.

The apartment was exceptionally clean, and the location was excellent. It was equipped with almost everything needed for cooking, making our stay very comfortable.
The host was very responsive and quick to help whenever we needed anything, which we really appreciated.
Another great advantage was the location, with supermarkets, restaurants, and many other shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this property.
There was nothing I disliked about my stay. Everything was excellent, from the cleanliness and location to the facilities and the host’s responsiveness. I had a very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

Perfekt boende med nära till stadens alla sevärdheter och restauranger. Värden svarar snabbt på eventuella frågor som dyker upp. Boendet är lika fräscht och fint som bilderna visar.
