Clean with lots of amenities

I liked that me and my friend had our own seperate single beds. I liked that there was a lift and that we were close ti public transport, ATM's, nice restaurants (like "Imperial Cafe") and close to the city center. I liked that we had sufficient heating in the room amd that the room was spacious.

I didn't like that the lift was unbalanced between the second and the ground floor. It was actually scary some times how much it was moving. The room was clean but could be cleaner. If we had complimentary slippers, complimentary water bottle upon arrival and mini bar supplies that would be even better. The iron was very small and had no option to add water for steam. It was hard to iron my shirt took double the normal time needed. The duvet for the beds was small and not enough to keep me completely warm all night. The sofa and specifically the sofa pillow covers were dirty and we didn't want to use them at all unfortunatelly.

1. Two rooms in apartment with small kitchen area apt fir 3-4 people. 2. Rooms were quite spacious as well washroom. 3. Property was clean and nicely designed. 4. Location is also ok.

1. We felt the evening shift incharge girl (tall height) was rude (we know the name but would avoid putting it here). She must change her behaviour or else being shift incharge, Its not good. 2. Reception + Breakfast is Urban Creame hotel while you live at Alveo suits - Not at all comfortable arrangements. 3. You need to first collect keys from urban creame hotel and then walk around 100-150 mts across busy road is not comfortable. 4. An issue - They mentioned (see picture) that you can collect capsules for washing machine from urban creame reception. When we asked to reception, That shift incharge bluntly and rudely replied that we do not sell here and simply ignored us. Very unprofessional.
