Garden Apartment

Große und saubere Wohnung in einem lebendigen Wohnkiez mit vielen Restaurants und Bars. Das Zentrum ist schnell mit U-Bahn oder Straßenbahn erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist sehr ruhig und mit Außenjalousien ausgestattet. Das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Der Check-in per Schlüsselbox war unkompliziert, die Einführungsvideos hilfreich. Der optionale, abgeschlossene Parkplatz direkt auf dem Gelände ist ein großer Pluspunkt. Da wir zu dritt gereist sind und nicht immer gemeinsam unterwegs waren, haben wir uns sehr über das zweite Paar Schlüssel gefreut.

Le quartier est très calme, très agréable, avec de nombreux cafés et restaurants. Nous avons pu travailler tous les jours dans l’appartement sans nous gêner, les chambes étant séparées pour le salon. Nous avons très bien dormi sur place, et avons passés globalement un super séjour.

Les instructions d’arrivée n’était pas claires, il manquait une partie pour pouvoir trouver les clefs de l’appartement. Heureusement, l’hôte était disponible et nous avons pu nous appeler pour trouver la solution. Mis à part cela, tout était parfait !

This location was perfect for us as it was close to the family we visited and the stairs down to the entry were not a problem. It is about a 10 min walk from the tram which was ideal for us. The property is very spacious and is well supplied with things you may need.

Unfortunately, the bedding was not cleaned but a wash in the washing machine in the flat fixed that problem - probably an oversight. We also fixed a blown fuse from running the kettle and the coffee grinder at the same time.

Jan, the host, was lovely! Cared for the place and though he seemed to live in the same building we didn’t feel any presence. Location could not be better in the middle of Prague 2. Jan seems to love being a host and makes every effort to succeed. The place was clean and well equipped, offering both feather and non feather pillows and covers as well as everything else.

Maybe more toilet paper than 1 role for 5 days for next time ;-) Not to Jan’s fault but the fact the place is a basement level kind of sacrifices the natural light in most rooms. This allows for higher humidity and dust mite to thrive. Respiratory allergy folks beware! Otherwise, great place and great location!
