What a wonderful experience! Seeing the convenient price - the cheapest we could find, since we had a pretty tight budget - and the very few reviews on Google Maps we were a bit skeptical before arriving, especially since we’ve recently had some bad experiences with BnBs, but I’m so glad we took this risk! The apartment is very tiny (our room barely had the space to stand next to your beds) but very well furnished, with everything we could have asked for and more: a mini-fridge, an electric kettle, a bowl filled with teabags and one with candy, an extremely comfortable shower (strong stream and immediately hot water, with massage settings and all) and a place to store our clothes. It was well aerated through a very private window, and the AC kept the place warm and toasty despite the cold weather. The shared rooms include a locker to leave your luggage in in case of an early check-in and a small and very well furbished kitchen, and the sink’s water is drinkable. The place is 5 minutes away from a tram stop that brings you directly to the city center, and is well connected to the airport; arriving and departing was extremely easy both ways. The hosts were the real standout: they were available at any hour and immediately answered both our calls and Whatsapp messages in perfect English, helping us out with a couple of issues we had during our stay. They also let us check-in way earlier than we were supposed to, which was a big help. Overall, we’ll definitely be returning here for our next stay in town!

The AC remote didn’t seem to work, and our room’s door was ever so slightly ajar even when closed - not enough that someone might peek in, but enough to let a lot of light in whenever another guest came inside the building.

The location was superb. Tea, coffee, kettle & fridge in room. Cosy, with ensuite bathroom and access to kitchen sink for drinking water. Comfortable bed.

Was a little confused about the exact room I was staying in until I realised it was on the picture and that the same code was used for two entries.

Realty good location near bus and tram stop Was really clean, check in instructions were really clear and hosts responsive Really lovely selection of tea and sweets which was nice It's in a nice quiet area as well, so nothing disruptive

It was a tad small, but honestly no issue really as spending the day out in the city Perfect for a shower and sleep situation

After discovering the "secret location" for the key locker. Everything was fine.

At first I thought it was a scam. Because I cannot reach the phone number of the receptionist around (6:30 pm - 7:00 pm) And base on the instructions, you need to go first on the opposite street to get the keys. I was expecting that it's kind a normal hostel or hotel reception. I was surprise because it looks like a abandoned building and even the bakery there didn't know this Hotel. Afterwards I managed to call them and they sent me another instruction how to get the key. I added the photo below where I get the key. =)
