Located in the 7th arrondissement, this charming 132 square meters apartment has all the necessary facilities for a pleasant stay in Paris.
Accommodating comfortably six people, it is ideal for a stay with family or friends.

This friendly and warm apartment is located on the 4th floor with elevator, it includes:
- two bedrooms with two double beds;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- two functional bathrooms;
- a dining area with table and chairs;
- a large comfortable living room with a sofa bed;
- a workspace;
- a balcony to take in the air and enjoy the view of the Tuileries and the Musée d'Orsay.
You will particularly appreciate its location and brightness.
Everything you need to have a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Hair dryer, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Coffee Maker, Refrigerator, Oven, Iron, etc.
Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- Near the metro station "National Assembly" of line 12.
- Close to many bars, shops and restaurants.
- Close to the city center.
For your daily errands, the supermarket "Votre Marché" is just 4 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the must-see sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Jardin des Tuileries 5 minutes walk;
- Place de la Concorde at 19 minutes;
- the Hôtel des Invalides at 24 minutes;
- the Tour Eiffel 15 minutes by train, and many more.

The Faubourg Saint Germain has been created in the 18th century, and still has a remarkable architecture. In addition, you will be able to reach easily the Latin district, but also the Louvre Museum, Champs Elysées and Alexander the Third bridge.
