Top floor in the light-filled "tourelle" of a Haussmanian building, with elevator . 3 beds. Sleeps 6.
APARTMENT LOCATION
On the left bank, a block from the Pont de la Concorde and the Seine River, this is the perfect location for walking to all of the important sites in the city. From the front door of the building the metro stop "Assemble Nationale" is 20 yds.; the bus stop is 40 yards, and the velib bike stand is 30 yards away.
Two cafes below the apartment and small grocer across street provide dining options all day and night. The Musee d'Orsay, one of 13 museums in the 7th arr. is 4 blocks away. You are around the corner from the Place du Palais Bourbon and Assemble Nationale. The Place de la Concorde, Tuileries, and Champs de Elysee are a 10 minute walk. The Rodin museum and gardens , the Invalides, Napoleon's Tomb, the Eiffel Tower and Branly museums's are all within easy strolling distance.

3 configurations: The bottom floor of the building is called the "rez-de-chausee". The second floor of the building is deemed the first floor. The apartment is part of a multi-functional duplex which can be rented in 3 ways. There is a two bedroom/two bathroom apartment on the 6th floor with a queen beds in the bedroom as well as in the Murphy wall system in the living room. The new bedroom has a full size bed. The apartment is approximately 100 Sq. meters. Next door there is a fully-equipped renovated duplex studio on the 6th and 7th floors with its own full kitchen and bath and modern appliances and view of the top part of the Eiffel Tower. There are interior connecting doors between the apartment and studio that allow them to become a single 3 bedroom/3 bath apartment which can accommodate 8 adults comfortably. Such a configuration will result in additional fees. There is a separate VRBO listing # 690876 for the duplex studio as well.

From the moment we arrived, Marie was so attentive to all of our needs. She went above and beyond to help us and to answer any questions. The apartment was amazing. So clean and beautiful. It was in walking distance of so many of the places that we had on our bucket list while visiting (it was spot on with the LOCATION). The apartment was very secure and quiet. Wonderful place to stay. Perfect location, Metro steps from the door, all the amenities you need for an enjoyable stay. Very clean and easy to get in touch with the helpful property manger with any questions.
