The pool is naturally heated by the sun and is not equipped with a separate heating system.
The pool is professionally maintained once per week. Occasional leaves or minor debris may appear due to weather.
Optional additional cleaning is available for $100 if requested and based on availability.

To ensure a peaceful and respectful stay for all guests and neighbors, the following rules apply:
❌ No Parties or Events without prior written host approval.
🚫 No Smoking Indoors – $500 remediation fee applies.
🕙 Check-out Time is 10 AM EST – Late check-outs incur penalties.
🐾 Pets Allowed (Dogs Only) – $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
🐶 Pet Policy
🐕 $200 pet fee for up to 2 dogs (no cats allowed)
Pets must never be on beds or furniture
🧹 Pet hair on furniture will result in extra cleaning fees
💩 Pet waste must be picked up, failure to do so incurs a $50 charge
Pets must be crated when unattended
⏰ Early Arrival & Late Checkout Policy
If available, early arrivals or late departures may be approved at the following rates:
1 hour or less: $50
1–2 hours: $100
2–3 hours: $200
Please note: Approval is not guaranteed and must be confirmed in advance.
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.

This place is beautiful, and the pool is a nice touch. However, one of the sofa beds is located in the sunroom, which is basically outside without air conditioning. It’s not very useful. I would definitely stay again though.

The house was as described. Plenty of room for a family of four to all have our own space. The negative:Outside leaves a lot to be desired. The lounge chairs and bougie board were broken and the grills and outdoor sink could have been cleaned a lot better. (Covered in grease.) the pool wasn’t cleaned or working the first few days but they had someone come out quickly to address it. The positive: great kitchen, tons of space. The office was a nice space as well, tucked away and quiet for working. The beds were comfortable and the couch was great. The location of the home was in a neighborhood but very private space. The home is close to everything we wanted to see. Parking was great as well.
