CANAL DOCK FOR BOATS, KAYAKS & JET SKI'S 4 BEDROOM POOL VACATION HOME.
We welcome well-behaved pets at our vacation homes! Please note the following:
Pet Fee: $125 per pet (maximum 2 pets).
Breed Restrictions: No aggressive breeds, including pit bulls, terriers, rottweilers, dobermans, chows, or mastiffs.
Booking Process: VRBO does not include the pet fee in its checkout quote. Once your reservation is received via VRBO, we will send you a final booking confirmation that includes the pet fee plus 11.5% taxes.
Our owners are happy to host your furry family members, but we kindly ask that you respect their vacation home investment during your stay.

Exactly as described. Garage access was a big plus. Nice safe, quiet neighborhood. Two public beaches very close by. Would stay here again!

The owner was very kind and easy to work with. The home needs a deep cleaning. New towels and bedding needs to be purchased. The sheets smell awful and very little hot water.
