About this house rental
Bring the whole family to this great waterfront home on the Matanzas canal. Perfect for multi-family accommodations. A kayaking, fishing paradise right in your backyard. Wake up to beautiful water views and take a short 8-minute walk to your private walkway to the white sands of Treasure Beach. You’ll find 3 floors in this home, including TWO KITCHENS. The first level features two bedrooms and a sofa pullout, a full kitchen, bathroom and laundry. There are 3 bedrooms, full kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, and game room/bedroom on the upper levels. Plenty of parking.
Parking for your RV or boat also.
The space
This home is also our family home. It’s set up for large families with lots of towels, charging stations, comfy beds, spacious bathrooms. We have created a comfortable space that we think any group would enjoy. Outside enjoy the patio, charcoal grill, gas grill, Blackstone, firepit, outdoor shower and use of the garage for some storage.
Other things to note, Treasure Beach has a private walkway just an 8-minute walk away. It’s also got a drive access just down the street. You have to have a 4x4 and $10 but you can drive on the sand and park. We have beach towels, chairs, tents, coolers, toys available. We are located just minutes to historic St. Augustine and all the city has to offer.

This house was a perfect place for our large extended family of 14 people! We rented the whole house and there was plenty of space for everyone. There were queen size beds in each of the 5 bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. There was a game room that had doors to be able to close off to make another bedroom. We used both kitchens, one as the coffee bar and one as the cooking area. There are two living rooms and a nice loft sitting area that also doubled as a sleeping space. We were able to gather in smaller groups in different areas of the house. There were also outside seating areas we enjoyed while cooking on the grills that were available to use. The guys made use of the kayaks out on the canal. We were so grateful to have access to the garage to be able to unload our things into. The garage was stocked with everything you needed for a trip to the beach as well as a corn hole game for the back yard. The beach was an easy walk away. There was adequate parking since many of the couples drove their own vehicles. The Host had great communication with me. We would definitely recommend the Coral Moon Beach House to everyone. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time in a very spacious house. Perfect for our group of 10.
Near the beach with all de beach supplies you need and more.
We arrived very late and the host left some water en snacks for us, which was very appreciated after a very long traveling day.

The home was clean and was a reasonable walk to the beach. The manager was attentive and everything went smoothly.
