The dining area has a table that can seat up to six people. It opens onto a terrace furnished with a table and chairs, ideal for enjoying coffee or dining al fresco.
The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for your meals: oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, and various practical utensils.
Three welcoming bedrooms await you: two with queen-size beds (160x200) and one with a double bed (140x200). Each bed is carefully prepared with hotel-quality linens, ensuring a restful sleep.
The bathroom is modern and functional, equipped with a sink, mirror, and shower. A washing machine is also available for your convenience.
The apartment has two air conditioners, one in the living room and the other in the hallway between the three bedrooms.
You'll enjoy Wi-Fi access throughout your stay, as well as a smoke detector for your safety.

The 7th arrondissement, between the Rhône (to the west), the Cours Gambetta to the north, the 8th arrondissement to the east and the commune of Saint-Fons to the south. It’s the largest district in Lyon. It is located on an almost flat territory, the alluvial plain of the Rhône. There are part of the universities, the Cité Scolaire Internationale, the Halle Tony Garnier where there are many fairs and concerts, the Parc de Gerland. The banks of the Rhône offer a very pleasant walk where cyclists, rollerbladers, joggers and walkers meet night and day!
The property is easily accessible by public transport and car - free parking on-site.
The nearest metro station, Debourg (line B), is just a 6-minute walk.
Lyon-Saint Exupéry Airport is approximately a 28-minute drive from the property.
Please note that late check-in after 22:00 might incur a 20€ surcharge. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a 300€ smoking fee, at minimum.
For any reservation exceeding 30 days, a civil or mobility lease will need to be signed upon your arrival and departure, along with an inventory conducted with one of our agents. A deposit will also be required.
