Welcome to Catching Cove. This newly built home strikes a balance between sleek design and welcoming warmth, offering 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. This beautiful home features an open concept living room, dining room and gourmet kitchen with a center island, ideal for gatherings. Also located on the first floor is a spacious master suite with ensuite bathroom. Located on the second floor is another master bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, two tastefully decorated bedrooms, a roomy loft, and a cozy nook with a desk for those who find it difficult to completely disconnect. Catching Cove is just minutes from Downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, and Cape Henlopen State Park. Conveniently located within walking, or biking distance to The Villages of Five Points which offers four restaurants, a bakery, hair salon, grocery store, and much more.

LINENS: Each rental property will provide mattress protective pads, pillows and bedspreads and/or comforters. Most property owners also have additional blankets and pillows stored in closets that are available for use. Rental guests have the option to bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases and towels) or rent them. For your convenience, SUNSET RENTALS offers a property specific linen package option for guests. All linens are professionally cleaned, packaged and delivered to the property prior to your arrival.
The linen rental package includes FREE delivery, pick up and contains the following:
TOWELS – 1 towel set per person based the maximum guest count for the property. Each set includes: 1 Deluxe Bath Towel 54x27, 1 Hand Towel 30x16 and 1 Washcloth 12x12
SHEETS – 1 set of high-quality bed sheets per the property's bed size and count. Each set includes: 1 deep pocket fitted bottom sheet, 1 flat top sheet, 2 pillowcases for doubles, queens, king size beds and 1 pillowcase for single size beds.
BATHMATS – 1 bathmat per full bathroom count in the property.
NOTE: The linen rental package option can only be selected on SUNSET RENTALS direct website. Those guests booking through VRBO can contact our office and add the linen rental package after the reservation has been confirmed.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All reservations are subject to a nonrefundable $95 admin fee. If GUEST cancels 60 days prior to arrival date, then 100% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee). If the GUEST cancels 30 days prior to arrival date, then 50% refund will be provided (less $95 admin fee)
Credit Card Processing Fee: All payments made by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. This fee will be added to your total booking amount.
