Everything was great with this house. Plenty of room for 3 adults, 3 teenagers and a dog. The location is also great. Can easily walk to the shops and restaurants. Can bike to the Bay and Cape Henlopen.The neighborhood is very quiet at least for Memorial Day week. The people were very friendly in the neighborhood and the town. They said it gets more crowded in the summer.

Everything was great. Enjoyed ease of walking into town and restaurants, as well as to the place we rented our bikes. Beautiful home and would love to back and stay longer. Thank you for a perfect place to get away.
