You will be required to sign a Residential Lease Agreement and make your payment within the required deadlines provided or your booking request will be cancelled. As a property manager, we welcome “Special Event” rentals. All properties are individually owned and not all properties are available for “Special Event” rentals. 325 Savannah was perfect for our family. It is clean, spacious, and in a great location with ample parking. The 5 bedrooms with private baths and TVs, 2 kitchens, spacious front porch, and rear BBQ area with tables and seating made it comfortable for our family of young and older adults with kids from young to teenage years. We made some fond memories. Hope to come back again.
