Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The recently renovated Ranch features a private in-ground pool, sunroom, garage, grilling area and covered outdoor dining area. The house is steps ways from Georgetown-Lewes bike trail, which leads to downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park. We are located east of Route 1 and just just a few miles from Lewes beach!
The Space:
Enjoy one-level living in this ranch home, that has recently been renovated with new flooring and paint. Guests will have access to 5 of the bedrooms (one room is a pass-through) , 2 bathrooms, and 2-car garage. Locked off spaces are not available to guests.
The dining room has seating for 7-8 and has a patio door with access to a relaxing sunroom.
The large backyard is divided into two sections. Half of the yard is fenced and has a private pool, covered grill and dining area. The other half of the yard is grassy and has plenty of room for the kiddos to run around. Guests will not have interior access to any of the detached structures in the backyard.

Property was nice and house was very spacious which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay with alot of area to hang out in the backyard with the family. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all looking for places in Lewes, De.

We loved the house with the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Awesome location right by the trail which was great for morning walks or bike rides.

Pool, hot tub, multiple bedrooms, garage play area, and nice yard. Many of the bedrooms connect. Sunroom is gorgeous. Kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, and dishes. Loved the beverage bar.

We had a great stay. Plenty of space with a great backyard and pool. So close to the beach and right next to the bike trails. Would book here again!
