Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The recently renovated Ranch features a private in-ground pool, sunroom, garage, grilling area and covered outdoor dining area. The house is steps ways from Georgetown-Lewes bike trail, which leads to downtown Lewes, Lewes Beach, Cape Henlopen State Park. We are located east of Route 1 and just just a few miles from Lewes beach!
The Space:
Enjoy one-level living in this ranch home, that has recently been renovated with new flooring and paint. Guests will have access to 5 of the bedrooms (one room is a pass-through) , 2 bathrooms, and 2-car garage. Locked off spaces are not available to guests.
The dining room has seating for 7-8 and has a patio door with access to a relaxing sunroom.
The large backyard is divided into two sections. Half of the yard is fenced and has a private pool, covered grill and dining area. The other half of the yard is grassy and has plenty of room for the kiddos to run around. Guests will not have interior access to any of the detached structures in the backyard.

Extremely clean and comfortable place. Loved the pool and hot tub and the layout of the backyard. The best stocked house I have ever stayed at. Even had a croc pot and instant pot that looked new. Game room was great for kids. Couches were comfortable and the house smelled great. Was nice being able to have our dog along. Rail trail is easy to access as is the beach. Would def stay there again.

This home is perfect for families with dogs! It has a separate fenced in area just for dogs to potty. So convenient! No carpeting anywhere and the furniture all has sturdy covers on them. The pool was wonderful and my teenage daughters loved the hot tub. The house was very clean. Driving to the bay was super quick and Rehobeth was about 25 minutes away. A fabulous week there. The entire family said “I’d go back there again”. This home is worth every penny.

Property was nice and house was very spacious which was a nice surprise. We enjoyed our stay with alot of area to hang out in the backyard with the family. Overall enjoyed our stay and would recommend to all looking for places in Lewes, De.

We loved the house with the pool and hot tub in the backyard. Awesome location right by the trail which was great for morning walks or bike rides.
