This is a SCAM!
This is a SCAM! They message you after midnight on the day of check-in, and tell you they don't have the space after all. They ask YOU to cancel the booking, knowing very well that it is too late for a free cancelation and you will be left to argue with booking.com about a refund while "The Crib" pocket the money. I refused to cancel and instead contacted booking.com support. This was the morning of my travel and a lengthy process. "The Crib" changed their story when booking.com customer service contacted them. Now the story was that the property was listed with the wrong price and I could indeed stay there if I only accepted the new price. Which was over £400!! I obviously never stayed there and had to find other accommodation last minute.

Terrible Service
Nothing..Arrived at the place and was told that his family were staying there and that he was longer with Booking.com. Didn't even stay there, cost me £95 and couldn't even stay there, travelled from North Wales to have to pay for another hotel, absolutely terrible. I need a full refund as we were refused entry because his family were staying at the house.
Nothing to tell as we were not let into the property and I've already paid, absolutely disgusting service from a reputable company like Booking.com. If i another refunded then I will contact citizens advice.

Horrible
The house was disgustingly dirty, what was supposed to be a private accommodation was shared with four other people. The private bathroom was on the corridor also shared by other people.
