Owner made me wait 1 hour passed my estimated arrival time, 500 deposit that is not mentioned anywhere, also asked me to

Couldn’t keep my shoes on or be use all the rooms or feel like I’ve hired this property, the owners kept checking on the property while I was in, really not comfortable and loads of hidden fees

Listing was misleading as there is NO parking on match days. Only 3 towels for 4 people Awful communications No instructions for heating or wifi Wooden pallet for front door step Asking for a £500 security deposit Lots of personal items in the home

DO NOT BOOK. They will charge you £500 refundable deposit and then not refund you for misconduct. They will them not provide evidence of the same which stops booking.com from being able to do anything. NIGHTMARE!

It’s a posh place to be , but it was really cold .
Posh luxury home indeed !
It was very cold , as a result we were not comfortable . We came from the Autism Awareness Event , held a short meeting in the lounge, just discussing about how was the event . All had blankets on from the bedrooms, because the house was freezing cold . I didn’t have a blanket on , because I wanted to keep my professional status, as in a meeting . We tried calling to get to be directed about how to warm the just lounge , but we could not get any person to answer our calls .
