It was very quiet and the house is pretty new.
The show door doesn’t work properly. There is a a lot of water leaking on the floor when taking a shower.

Well located for an easy drive to Mt Cook. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Suburb was quiet Very clean.
There are no blinds on either the kitchen window or the door so lack of privacy. The property needs the following: door mat at front door, chopping board(s). kitchen cloths, cooker settings instructions.
