Is a gorgeous, modern four bedroom, two bathroom holiday home, perfectly located on Totara Drive — a quiet, sought after street just a few minutes’ walk from the centre of Twizel.

The master bedroom opens directly onto the outdoor area and includes a private ensuite with shower and toilet, creating a peaceful retreat at the end of the day. The main bathroom is impressively sized and features both a shower and bath, with a separate toilet conveniently located off the hallway. Three of the four bedrooms enjoy direct access to the private, fully fenced backyard — ideal for families with younger guests.
The stylish, modern kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances and everything you need to cook up a storm, or you can take a short stroll into town and enjoy the popular cafés and eateries Twizel has to offer. The open plan living space is fully air conditioned and heated by both a ducted heat pump and a fantastic log burner, ensuring year round comfort whatever the season.

This is a great house very well appointed.Only criticism is with adults the hot water system is marginal especially if the spa bath is to be used. The cleaning was a bit disappointing. The garage hadn’t been swept out. The ash from the fire still in bucket just outside. The bbq area a bit messy. The house though first class

This property was perfect for our stay as we photographers explored the areas around Twizel and within a day's return journey.Very quiet street and a short drive to the shops.Great kitchen and living area. As there was a couple and myself, we only used the master bedroom and one of the other queen bedrooms which were well sized. The beds were very comfortable, but some new firmer pillows would be good.The recycling heating system was very difficult to operate and did not stay on for very long. Great to have a washing machine, but a dryer would be necessary if the weather was wet. Luckily we were blessed with beautiful sunshine for our 7 days.The hot water tank for the property is not instantaneous, so if you had a house full of people they would need to have very short showers indeed.Great outdoor area and backyard.

We stayed during the winter and the bedrooms and baths were cold - 2C. The heaters didnt work. Only the woodstove kept the main living room warm. The lack of heating should be listed.
