great location / set up . table tennis was great, comfortable ideal for family stays. lots of board games / back yard functional

there was not much that i did not like.

Modern nice looking home. Clean and comfortable. Able to use the washing machine in the otherwise non-guest use garage. Management company was very quick to respond with answers.

Felt like there were a lot of regulations in the "book". What to put where for garbage and such, sleep between the sheets, couldn't leave stuff in the dishwasher for cleaners to put away (so couldn't use it on morning of departure). Felt a bit nervous that we would mess something up and get charged. No cooking oil (but did supply some soap, some toilet paper, and salt and pepper.....but ran out of salt). No shampoo or conditioner (was specified in the description). Instructions for using stovetop were insufficient to figure out how to use it if a guest turned it off at the switch. No dryer.

I didn't like that credit card surcharge was not included in upfront rental rates, only added on when making payment and no other payment method was accepted.
