Great set up. Very comfortable. Appliances all new.
A few more kitchen supplies (extra cutlery and plates, bowls and glasses) would be helpful.

Really clean and new place, kitchen came very well equipped. Had everything we needed.
The only thing is perhaps the heating in the house can be slightly improved in the hallway and common area

Very clean and quiet
Living area only has 3 comfortable seats all other furniture is very cheap and uncomfortable. The dinning table is useless it’s an Outdoor table that’s too small. There’s a lovely deck that gets afternoon sun but no furniture on it. There’s no where to store or charge bikes. No BBQ. No oven proof dishes.
It wouldn’t take much to make this property a 10/10 but compared to other houses in the area it’s currently overpriced.
