Excellent place to stay

Very nice studio. Excellent design and very clean, felt like brand new. Comfortable bed and totally dark even when there was strong sunshine outside.

Maybe the air-conditioning was a little bit noisy at full fan, but no problem.

We enjoyed our stay.

A little out of the way but nice to live with the common people.

People are quite good about picking up behind their dogs but we found quite a bit of dog poo in this neighborhood.

Impossibilità di fare il check in e personale non reperibile.

Non ho nulla da dichiarare perche non ho avuto la possibilita di fare il check in

Ho prenotato alle 17.30 perchè nella descrizione si dice che è possibile fare il check in fino alle 19. Non ho ricevuto le informazioni per poter fare il check in. Poi ho chiamato la struttura e un operatore mi ha detto che era troppo tardi e non c'era nessuno in ufficio. Ma intanto l'addebito sul mio conto era gia andato. Sono dovuto stare 1 ora al telefono col servizio clienti booking per tentare di contattare la struttura ma nemmeno loro ci sono riusciti. Quindi ho dovuto prenotare un'altra posto. Ho ricevuto il rimborso circa 15 giorni dopo. Probabilmente la struttura non è male... Non so. Ma non si può scrivere che l'orario di check in è fino alle 19, dare la possibilità di prenotare tramite app e poi non essere reperibili gia dalle 18.

El apartamento está genial, hay que andar un poco para coger el bus o el metro pero valió la pena. El dueño nos dió muchas facilidades. Totalmente recomendable. Viajamos 2 adultos y un niño
