All necessary for the living was provided, everything in the facility worked well.

Dust, spiders on the wall, noise from above neighbors and from the street. The staff responses were too slow. Sometimes took all day for a response.

If you are looking not only for a nice place to stay in Old Town Tbilisi but also for a host/hostess who communicates well, is friendly, helpful, gives good tourist advice, and provides the warmest possible welcome, look no further you just found the right place. We communicated with them in both English and Russian. Everything – stores, bars, restaurants, museums, a market, parks, the sulfur baths, the waterfalls, the botanical gardens, souvenir shops, many historic churches, the clock tower, synagogues, a mosque - in Old Town Tbilisi is within easy walking distance from these lodgings. Liberty Square is also within easy walking distance and from there it is just a few steps to a shopping center, the Metro station and to bus stops that will take you everywhere you might want to go. This apartment had all the necessary facilities in good repair. The bed was comfortable. The area was quiet at night. We slept well. Gudiashvili Square, a small park, is very close. We went there most evenings to decompress before turning in. The square was always full of people quietly talking and enjoying the evening air. The square has several restaurants around it. We did our own cooking so took most of our meals in the apartment which was easy because there are a number of small grocery stores within easy walking distance. But the greatest thing about these quarters is the nice, friendly, helpful people you will deal with. Go. You won't be sorry.

Очень комфортные апартаменты! Начиная от хозяйки и заканчивая расположением. У нас был поздний заезд, к нашему приходу нам открыли ворота, включили ночник в квартире. Внутри очень тепло, есть кондиционер на доп обогрев, если нужно. Мы отдыхали в январе, в минусовую температуру и он нам не понадобился. Есть стиральная машина, холодильник, телевизор, утюг и фен. Тапочки и прочие хозяйственные средства. Мама хозяйки живет в соседней квартире, нам оперативно ответили на все вопросы, угостили вином и яблочками :) Апартаменты находятся прям в центре, до всех достопримечательностей рукой подать! В общем, благодаря и им в том числе, наш отдых был замечательным! Грузия прекрасна и зимой, и в не сезон! Советуем однозначно!
