Lokalita v úplném centru starého města v přízemí, ale okna jsou do dvora. Hostitelka komunikuje vždy velmi rychle a je velmi milá. Byt byl velmi čistý, dostatek nádobí, je zde i klimatizace, pračka. Cítili jsme se zde příjemně a bezpečně. V blízkosti je dostatek menších obchodů s jídlem a pekárna.
V koupelně není závěs ve sprše, ani ohraničený sprchový kout, takže voda stříká při sprchování po celé koupelně, což nás docela štvalo. Sedačka se při rozkládání trochu rozpadala, myslím, že je na spaní tak pro 1 dítě. (my jsme byli 3)

Der Empfang und die Schlüsselübergabe erfolgten persönlich. Die Vermieterin hat freundlicherweise nur wenige Meter von der Unterkunft entfernt, einen Parkplatz freigehalten. Ansonsten wäre es in der Altstadt von Tiflis, in der Nähe dieser Unterkunft, nahezu unmöglich einen freien und kostenlosen Parkplatz zu bekommen. Die Unterkunft ist nett ausgestattet. Ich habe sie in einem perfekten (sauberen) Zustand übernommen. Sie liegt absolut zentral in der Altstadt.
Der Zugang zur Wohnung wirkt auf den ersten Blick nicht gerade einladend. Das ändert sich jedoch, sobald die Tür zur Unterkunft geöffnet wird.
