The location is amazing. The views are out of this world!! Beautiful Tuscan hills all around you with a lovely balcony view and great views from the pool. The value for money is very good. Walkable distances to shops and restaurants and the beautiful town of Radda. The walk however does not have a footpath so you have to be careful walking into the town and to the shops. The host had great communication and was very helpful. Plenty of wineries nearby. Really great stay!
Our trip was in August so the house was very hot, there was a fan in each room but some additional fans would also be helpful to deal with the heat.

The villa was clean, spacious and comfortable for our group of 7. We loved having access to a pool especially during the heatwave. We were able to park 2 cars on the drive, albeit tight entrance to the driveway if you’re driving a bigger car. The host was also very helpful and responsive.

Grande, per due-tre famiglie, tutti servizi, arredamento un po’ antico compensato dalla panorama toscano, silenzio e tranquillità. Purtroppo non ci siamo goduti tanto perché si veniva solo a dormire. Prezzo ottimo
