Tenuta Cortedomina

The location of the property is wonderful, not far from the charming villages of Volpaia and Radda. The property is beautifully decorated, well maintained, peaceful, and has a lovely restaurant. The breakfast they serve is also very nice. The pistachio praline dessert we had for dinner was amazing. We also highly recommend trying the rosé wine they produce, it’s so good. We had a wonderful time at Tenuta Cortedomina and highly recommend it if you want to relax and explore the Chianti region.

Everything was perfect

Hotel was completely beautiful and just down the hill from town. The staff have thought of everything from beautiful flowers to adorable sitting areas all over. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were amazing and the wine of course is amazing!! My husband and I had the best weekend.

This was my second time here and I absolutely love it! It is such a cozy stay with beautiful scenery. There are lots of place to sit and enjoy the ambiance. Radda is a close drive from the property, but I love soaking up time on site with it's gorgeous surroundings.

Our dinner was probably the most expensive of our time in Italy, and the most underwhelming.

The location of the hotel is on a vineyard about a mile from the village of Radda but to get these is a very difficult uphill walk. The hotel is small and quirky with some lovely features. The food is absolutely amazing and the home produced wine is excellent quality and value. The owners of the property are lovely and approachable. If you want to get around you either need a car or a taxi or arrange tours (taxis are quite expensive). We did some great tours even though we were only there for 3 days - Chiantilive is the website to use. Try the vespa tour!

It is hard to say but I guess if we were there longer and because we didnt have a car, we would have prefered to not be so remote.
