Very enjoyable

Location was stunning, liked the views over the vineyards. Appreciated being able to go up to the winery to see the grapes being pressed.

The entrance is too rough and bumpy, particularly returning after a day and dinner out, driving in the dark was very difficult. Coffee and tea should be available at no cost, as it usually is in other properties.

I liked many things about this place, but the shower situation was awful.

The location was great. I liked the room amenities and the area being quiet and peaceful.

You could not control the shower temperature or force of the water. Sometimes it was barely enough water to shower. The person at the reception will try to sell you on a wine tour with her friend. There is an expectation that you remove all trash before you leave and put it in the proper trash can at the end of the street.

A mixed bag…

Great location nearby a very nice little town. The check-in process was a little cumbersome, but the lady made up for it with the dinner reservation.

The big down was the state of the pool, which was the main reason why we booked this place. I even asked 3 weeks in advance if it was open and I got a reply saying it’s open April - October. When we then arrived it was full of leaves & dirt. And they charge extra for pool towels…

The residence was nice

Being asked for €100 to be driven 4km to town to get some supplies or go to a restaurant. After I said this was too expensive. We were offered it for €50.... I asked before we arrived what was the best mode of transport to the accommodation. I was told 2 words " by car". They never mentioned that without a car, you can do nothing in the area, and you would be at the whim of a local driver's request for an undetermined amount of money to get to town which was only 4km away. We need up running to town and finding a local to drop us back at a cost of €20... Absolutely disgusted in the blatant attempt to rip us off because they failed to tell us we needed a car to do anything. They literally only serve breakfast Absolutely no help was given to resolve the situation apart from paying crazy amounts of money.

A wonderful experience for our third visit.

The location, the vineyards, the pool, the comfy club chairs and fireplace in our room. Fabiola and her staff were friendly and efficient. Fabiola was especially calm and caring during powerful thunder storm and power interruptions.

Kitchen could have supplied a few basic items such as olive oil, salt a pepper and paper towels as well as matches for the fireplace.

Quiet and remote

There was no kitchen staff or hotel staff on Sunday so no breakfast was available. The restaurant was also closed when we arrived. We had to drive a long way into town to eat. There was no notice given that the advertised restaurant would not be available before arrival.

Lovely pool with views of vineyard. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Good for a couple of nights. Close to Castellina in chianti...although not really walking distance...and good as a base for touring the area.

The apartment was very dark and old fashioned and in need of some updating. Shower over bath tub. It is over a mile of rutted gravel access road. Poor wi fi access.

Lovely stay! Grest memories by the pool💕

Lovely friendly staff. very room accommodation. our room heads fully equipped kitchen, large living room and bedroom with beautiful views.

We didn’t know we had to take an unpaved, rocky road for about a kilometre to get to the unit. Also, there is no restaurant so make sure you have supplies of you are not going to leave the facilities. Breakfast is great 💕

Wonderful farmstay in a beautiful working vineyard

Beautiful stay in the Colle Lungo vineyard and their Chianti, Campocerchi 2019, was the best Chianti we tasted throughout the Chianti region. The pool is an added bonus in the hot summer months! Fabiola was very helpful.

Exceeded expectations! Amazing property and amazing staff.

Staff was so friendly and amazing. The photos of the property don't do it justice. It is heaven- jasmine was in full bloom and the smell was so intoxicating. They have an honor bar to help yourself to snacks and drinks. The pool is beautiful with lots of deck chairs to sit.

No air conditioning. But this wasn't so bad. At night the room cools down significantly so if you are exploring Chianti during the day or lounging by the pool, it doesn't matter.

Great farmstay, made us feel like part of the family!

Fabiola took amazing care of us! Super communicative and helped us navigate the area. The location itself is beautiful, surrounded by vineyards and hills. The place was super clean and very well kept. Also, delicious breakfast!

Just like out of a a film - everything you expect from Tuscany!

If you have dreamed about staying in a place from the movies about Tuscany, then this is the place! This villa is situated outside the town in the middle of fields of grapes and olive trees. The views are just breathtaking! We ended up here by an accident, when searching for an accommodation nearby with a pool. I assure you, the next time I am going to come here for a longer period, because this is just a place to enjoy life, tranquility and take the time off. This place is superb for celebrating birthday or a wedding. And they make their own wine :) !

Almost perfect but ....

We stay for a night with my family in August. The place is wonderful in a middle of the wine yard. The hotel overall is pretty and charming. The manager is very nice. The swimming pool a bit small but very well located. We faced 2 problems..... One independent of the hotel : children in the swimming pool doing a lot of noise breaking the overall mood of the end of afternoon. I would Suggest to implement a policy for the kids to prevent such situation. Such place is not a playground. 10 adults were impacted by 2 kids. A potty The second related to the hotel .... it was too hot in the room at night. Mechanical fans were missing in the room. The manager kindly gave us one small but one per room is definataly needed. Overall we enjoy our stay

Booked 1 night at Collelungo and went up staying 6 nights because we liked it so much. Amazing location surrounded by wine fields, only accessible by a dirt road. Complete privacy. The service from hostess Fabiola was perfect, without a doubt a place to recommend. We will return!

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und außerhalb der Ortschaft Castellina inmitten von Weinbergen

Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft, ca.1 km, über eine holperige Schotterpiste ist für einen normalen PKW sehr grenzwertig.

Leider wegen der Strasse nicht mochmal.

Sehr schöne , ruhige Anlage. Sehr gut zum Auspannen,.Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit , das Frühstück ist ebenfalls gut.

Der Schwachpunkt ist die ca. 1,5 km lange Zufahrt über eine Schotterstrasse. Diese ist leider in einem erbärmlichen Zustand und ähnelt teilweise eher einem ausgewaschenen Flussbett. Eigentlich nicht zumutbar und vor allem wenn man Abends nochmal nach Castellina möchte und im Dunkeln zurück kommt kaum zu machen. Das ist der einzige aber leider grosse Schwachpunkt.

Bella struttura ma serve più cura alla piscina

Struttura immersa nei vigneti in una zona tranquilla, vicina al paese di Castellina in Chianti. Appartamento pulito e con tutto il necessario.

Da curare maggiormente l’area esterna, nonostante fosse molto bella, la piscina a disposizione degli ospiti non era molto pulita e non invogliava a fare un bagno. Con un po’ di attenzione in più sarebbe sicuramente un valore aggiunto.

Cadre magnifique, logement vétuste

Le lieux est magnifique, au milieu des vignes dans une bâtisse très joliment restaurée

Les logements sont vraiment sommaire, le mobilier est vieux et donne une impression de recup. Les matelas sont vieux et on sens tout les ressorts. On remarque une grande différence entre l’état de l’établissement et celui des logements. La piètre qualité du petit déjeuner a 15€ par personne pour des produit pas frais et classique. Le logement agrotourist n’as absolument rien d’agro il n’y a aucun lien entre la production de vin et l’établissement qui fait juste vendre des bouteilles.

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer malerischen Kulisse: Ringsherum sind Weinreben und Olivenbäume! Alles ist sehr gepflegt (inklusive Pool) und bestens ausgestattet! Uns hat vor allem der nette Gemeinschaftsraum mit Selbstbedienungs-Bar gut gefallen!
