Good location and spacious apartment.

Good location apartment within walking distance to Petit France and a comfortable distance from the main train station. The apartment is spacious and comfortable with nice kitchen facilities. Across the road there is a small Carrefour and also near some cafes.

Necesita urgentemente una mejora, NO es calidad-precio.

Ubicación, 15 min centro, dueño simpatico y coste ecónomico barato (la mitad de lo que valían los alojamientos en navidad en esta ciudad). Esto es lo único que explica mi puntuación ( un 5)

Cuando ves las fotos y reservas, sabes a donde vas, no esperes más. Es un apartamento antiguo, descuidado y desgastado, que si no eres muy pequilloso y tienes en cuenta que todo lo demás nos costaba el doble, pues... vale, básico para dormir. Pero...cuando llegamos olía a "limpio", ahora... las toallas y la cama, es decir las colchas, mantas, cojines... hacían un olor, que precisamente a limpio no era, era un olor raro, como a cerrado, como si los hubieran limpiado hace tiempo y estuvieran en una armario sin gastar. Eso debería de cuidarlo, es lo básico. La cocina no la usamos mucho, pero el horno+vitro a simple vista no te "transmitían" ganas de cocinar. Solo pusieron un rollo pequeño de cocina. El trapo de la cocina azul de microficha tiraba para atrás del olor. En el baño, pues... desgastado, paredes de plástico manchadas, con estantes atornillados de mala manera, pero salía agua caliente y la ducha no estaba sucia. Solo nos pusieron un rollo de papel. El comedor/habitación para subir y bajar la persiana se hace con una cadena y no baja del todo y la cama es un rompe espaldas, que si lo juntas con el olor raro del edredón... La calefacción solo iba fuera en el recibidor y uno de los dos del comedor/habitación, el de la cocina no iba tampoco, aún así se estaba caliente. En definitiva, no todo es ganar dinero y no invertir en mejorar la calidad del alojamiento. Deja mucho mucho que desear. ¿Es económico? SI ¿Pero a qué precio?

L'appartamento era a 10 minuti dal centro raggiungibile a piedi, spazioso e dotato di tutto il necessario, proprietario molto disponibile, ci ha anche indicato anche un parcheggio vicino gratuito

Un logement pratique et très calme, à proximité des transports en commun et du centre historique de la ville.

Avec quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires ce serait parfait (plat qui passe au four, plat compatible micro-ondes, cafetière)

Très déçue, heureusement ce n'était que pour 3 nuits

Uniquement la situation géographique, bien situé

Intitulé de l'annonce : 2 chambres alors qu'il n'y avait qu'une séparation par une étagère dans la salle pour accéder au lit. Les équipements trop vétustes, frigo trop bruyant, micro-onde ne fonctionne pas toujours, trop peu de vaisselle, la baignoire pas très propre, une seule grande serviette pour deux, pas de peignoirs alors que c'était mentionné. un bon rafraîchissement s'impose.

Das ganze Gebäude war gefühlt 40 fach mit Transponder und Codes gesichert.

Es gab keine kostenlosen Parkplätze. Das ganze Gebäude hat nach feuchtem Keller gerochen und hatte einen stechenden Duft in der Nase. Die Wohnung an sich hat von innen extrem nach Küche gerochen und das Bad war in einem mieserablen Zustand. Man konnte nicht mal vernünftig die Toilettenspülung benutzen. Es hat sich auch überhaupt alles nicht sauber angefühlt und ausgesehen. Es gab auch keine Klima Anlage

Lo único bueno es la proximidad a la estación central.

Era realmente asqueroso, desde los utensilios de cocina, hasta la cama que apestaba a viejo y la bañera directamente mejor ni usarla. Cobran el mismo precio que un apartamento completo cuando no cuenta ni siquiera con wifi y la tv es de adorno (un objeto de decoración vintage supongo). Luego de remover la alfombra autoadhesiva de la bañera se veía completamente llena de moho. Habían objetos como jabones y esponjas que se veían usados y en estado deplorable (mejor ni tocarlos). El horno estaba sucio, a mi parecer no se hace la limpieza entre huéspedes simplemente cambian las sábanas (por suerte) y lavan los platos.

Schöne Stadtwohnung

Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war über Whats App sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist ok, nicht gut, aber auch nicht schlecht. Wir haben Pizza im Ofen gemacht, was ok war. Man kann im Bett und auf der Couch schlafen. Das ist in Ordnung. Die Räder haben wir mit in die Wohnung genommen. Das war und lieber, als die unten an der Straße stehen zu haben. Schön war der Balkon. Die Wohnung war ruhig, das Badezimmer war gut.

Die Unterkunft eignet sich gut für ein Kurzaufenthalt in Straßburg. Sie hat eine einfache Ausstattung und eine super tolle Lage. Auch vom Bahnhof ist sie gut zu erreichen.

Die größte Pfanne war ein wenig verbogen und ohne Beschichtung. Des Weiteren gab es leider kein richtiges Kochwerkzeug wie eine Zange oder ein Pfannenwender.

Perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt. Wohnung ist mit allem was notwendig ist ausgestattet. Es gibt auch eine Abstellmöglichkeit für das Fahrrad. Super Lage!

L'hôte m’a accueilli, il est super gentil. L’appartement est en plein centre-ville, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de la gare, ce qui est très pratique si vous devez prendre le train.

Deja y'a pas de wifi donc sans ma 4g je serais sans wifi , et puis , c’est surtout la propreté qui pose problème : le logement n’était pas si propre que ça. Le haut de l’étagère à côté du lit était rempli de poussière, la salle de bain était bof, et la baignoire avait plein de traces noires. L’hôte m’a affirmé que ce sont des taches dues à l’usure, car la baignoire est ancienne.

Studio simple à prix raisonnable

Propriétaire sympathique et disponible. Couchage de qualité. Facilité à rendre les clés a la fin du séjour.

L’apparence de la baignoire refroidie un peu, mais elle est propre 🤷🏻‍♀️. Tout l’équipement est un peu rustique, mais nous étions là uniquement pour dormir, donc ça ne nous a pas posé problème.

logement très simple bien placé propre a l arrivée matelas confortable .on peut visiter a pied le centre .la cathédrale la grande rue .la petite France très bon rapport de prix vu le logement .l'important c est la propreté . Et le calme .on pour moi j y reviendrai sans craintes.
