About this house rental
Kick back and relax in this brand new, stylish space. High Peaks Beach House is truly a destination for all seasons. Skiers will appreciate the easy access to Whiteface Mountain and world class skiing just 5 minutes door to door. Hikers, bikers, and climbers will enjoy the myriad of venues close by - including the Flume and Hardy Trails as well as access to all the High Peaks. Families with children will love the beach just a few short steps out the back door. A house for all seasons!
Our 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhome is located in the Owissa Club Development. Lake Everest, part of the Ausable River, is located out the back door. The home features a king bedroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and twin over twin bunks, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. For the little ones, there is a pack and play with mattress, baby monitor, and sound machine in the king bedroom closet.
The entire townhome is yours for the duration of your stay.
You can find helpful information about the home and the surrounding area, restaurants, and activities in the informational binder. Contact information for the property manager is included should you need support during your stay.
You will receive your unique code for the front door lock prior to your arrival. It will be active during your stay.
We kindly ask that you follow these guidelines upon your departure:
1. Please remove all food from the fridge and freezer.
2. Ensure all dishes are washed and put away.
3. Dispose of your trash in the dumpster located to the left of the townhome unit.
4. Gather dirty linens and towels and place them in the bathroom.
5. Double-check for any personal belongings. If any items are left behind, we will mail them to you, and you will be responsible for the shipping fees.
6. Turn off all appliances and lights.
7. Please lock the door as you exit.

Beautiful home very close to Whiteface mountain. Home was very clean, equipped and well stocked. Can’t go wrong with this home if you’re looking to ski.

Loved the house. Extremely clean, well stocked, everything we needed for our short skiing trip. Closed to the mountain, for the ski season, and can accommodate a small or large party. Easy access to restaurants, stores, and other activities.
