Location was great for what we wanted to do. Really liked that it was two separate living spaces in one unit. Enjoyed the view of Whiteface from the yard. The hot tub was a really nice bonus.
Had some issues with customers of the restaurant parking in the spaces reserved for the vacation rental. The Wi-Fi was really bad. We did have an issue in the smaller unit; when using the microwave it tripped the breaker.

Messaging with the host worked out fine. Keys were easy to locate in the lock box. Having 2 king beds was a plus. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. Nice decor. AC worked. Hot tub was nice. Full sized fridge, oven, range, and dishwasher in the bigger unit. Washer/dryer in each unit. Good water pressure. Quiet neighborhood. Easy parking. Printed instructions from host were easy to follow.
Tight on space -- no place in bathroom for both our toiletry bags (maybe a shelf unit above toilet would work?). Very little room for a suitcase (luggage rack was there but no room to use it except in the middle of the living room) and no drawer space, just some hanging space in closet. Bathroom and shower in the studio unit are tiny. Units are not connected on the inside; you have to walk around the outside.

Very cute place. Nice for 2 couples to stay since the property has 2 units.
Had difficulty finding the place since we didn't know it was attached the pizza place building.
