New construction with vintage farmhouse appeal, this upscale downtown home captures both casual country living and urban convenience. Park the car--you'll be walking to everything that America's 'Best Small Town' has to offer: restaurants, live entertainment, boutique shopping, antique stores, the restored Franklin Theater, historic churches, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, civil war tours and more, just steps away. All King beds and Hulu TV in every room.

Fantastic house in Franklin!!! House is so comfortable , beautifully decorated and lots of room for everyone!!! Beds were excellent, bathrooms are beautiful and so close to all that Franklin has to offer. One of the BEST VRBO experiences I have ever had.

The unit was beautifully remodeled but could use some improvement.
The living room sofas were very disappointing. The seat cushions were very worn and flat.
The mattresses were extremely firm and low quality and we were unable to sleep well.
Usual check out for VRBO’s Is 11:00am which would have been more convenient than a 10:00am checkout.
