The house was so charming! Throws placed exactly where you realize you need one. Beds and linens were excellent. Sweet porch swings. And the kitchen was almost perfect: we needed knives for cooking. (There was only one and not in the best shape.) Karen checked in; I let her know and voila! A new block of knives appeared the next day! She was the perfect hostess. Truly the best we’ve ever experienced!

This was a great place to stay. Very clean and had everything we needed. The yard was relaxing and we loved the fire pit. It was close to everything in Franklin - an easy walk or drive to town. The host was very accomodating. Highly recommended!
