The host was extremely responsive and kind. The house was better in person than the photographs depicted. It's spacious and well appointed. The location was very convenient to Franklin and only 30 minutes into Nashville. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of storage. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book it again on a return trip.

Everything was wonderful! Such a nice house and a great location. Perfect for a large group. The host was also very responsive to any questions. Great place to stay close to downtown Franklin.

We had a wonderful stay at this home for our girls trip and would absolutely come back. The location was perfect—just about a 20-minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore without needing to drive everywhere.The layout of the house was one of our favorite features. There are multiple sitting areas that made it great for relaxing and catching up, along with a spacious, open kitchen that worked perfectly for our group. We also really enjoyed the charming porch swings and the backyard space—it was such a nice place to unwind.The house was well-stocked with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable and stress-free. Karen, the owner, was fantastic to work with—she was very responsive and helpful throughout the entire booking process and during our stay.Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place with great amenities and a thoughtful host!
